One on One Coaching makes it possible to support individuals in reaching their full potential. A subscription to this continuous development model allows individuals to attain clarity and focus on their goals by developing a path to achieving them, have accountability progressing towards defined goals, identify areas of improvement that may otherwise not be evident and are holding them back, then implement a development plan that hones in on the skills needed to achieve goals. Sessions focus on topics that are highly relevant for today’s workforce, including Executive Presence, Strategic Planning and Thinking, Feedback, Conflict Resolution, Managing Up, and more.
