Service Description

Group Coaching makes it to offer coaching to larger populations. A subscription to this continuous development model makes it possible to offer coaching to every employee around the world. Group Coaching are live group sessions facilitated by the Coach that integrate evidence-based learning, peer coaching, and group discussions. Groups meet once a week for several weeks to build their skills and jump-start behavior change with support from their peers. Sessions focus on topics that are highly relevant for today’s workforce, including Building Resilience, Feedback, Manager as a Coach, Inclusive Leadership, and more.
